    Job Advert:           Head of Asset Management

    Location:               Bromley with national travel

    About You  

    Your track record maximising commercial returns and managing large scale projects across a multi-site, national organisation will be pivotal in bringing our brand experience to life for consumers, clients and our workforce via their working environments.  You will be an accomplished manager of Health and Safety and high quality compliant Facilities Management with experience of embedding safe, cost effective practices in operations.

    We need an experienced a Head of Asset Management who will hit the ground running and who is highly and appropriately skilled and competent.  This is a new role but with a partially resourced team who await a positive, professional people person to both lead and coach them whilst the function is fully established. 

    Role deliverables include developing and delivering Mytime Active’s asset management strategy, sustainability strategy and procurement plans, whilst ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.

    Where we are

    We have three regions: Bromley which includes Maidstone in Kent and Barnehurst in the London Borough of Bexley. London and South East which includes public health contracts based at Borough and Victoria and golf clubs in Brighton, and Hampshire, and West Midlands which includes golf courses and health contracts in the Black Country and Birmingham. This role is based in our Bromley Head Office but will require travel as necessary between our locations.

    From a traditional golf and leisure offering we want our leisure centers and golf clubs to evolve into community hubs with a wide appeal across the generations. Our extensive knowledge of working with families, young people and disadvantaged communities to deliver public health outcomes, is intrinsic to our integrated offer that encourages our consumers to become Mytime Active Members at every life stage.
