Assistant – Walnuts Leisure Centre
£3,060 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, part time (8
hours per week for 51 weeks per year). Required working hours are Mondays and
Wednesdays 9.15 – 1.15pm including school holidays. Additional cover hours will be also available
on an as and when required basis.

We are recruiting
for a Crèche Assistant to work in our popular and busy crèche facility and you
will support the Crèche Leader in providing a happy, safe and secure
environment for the under 5 children of parent/carers using the centre.
candidate will have a professional manner and bundles of confidence and have a commitment
to providing high quality child care in a safe and enjoyable environment. You must be friendly and approachable and
remain calm under pressure. An awareness
of the importance of play and the needs of the individual child is also
You need to hold a
minimum of a Level 2 qualification in childcare. A Paediatric First Aid
qualification is also desirable.
Ideally, you should have gained experience of working with under 5s.
